Entirely on one level, this former barn was completely renovated in 2024 to create a beautiful, comfortable home. You enter into the 31m² living room, which opens onto the terrace: modern, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with extension for 6 at table. Living room with large screen TV and convertible sofa, Netflix account available. A pellet stove brings a warm atmosphere to your winter stays. A small hallway leads to a sleeping area with two bedrooms, each with 2 80 x 200 cm beds, which can be presented together or separately. Bathroom with vanity unit and large shower. Separate WC. Outside, a 60m² garden invites you to relax. A lovely wooden terrace welcomes you for meals: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, relaxation lounge, not forgetting the inflatable Spa accessible from Easter to the end of September (weather permitting). Not to be missed nearby: Ancenis train station, 15 minutes away, for easy train connections to Nantes and Angers. Take advantage of the Loire à Vélo cycle route for beautiful walks or bike rides along the river. Canoe rental 5 minutes away. Take a cruise on the Loire from Montjean-sur-Loire, Ancenis or Champtoceaux. Also worth a visit: Natural Parc 20 minutes away for a family outing, wine tastings in the Vineyard, Champtoceaux with its stunning panoramic views over the Loire, the Petite Cité de Caractère in Saint Florent le Vieil, the Moulin de l'Epinay, the Mary family and the secrets of honey, the Musée des Métiers and La Maison du Potier.
