An old mill, guardian of the area for 500 years, perched above the village on a site full of character. Ideally located in the midst of prestigious Vineyards, directly on the GR3 and cycle paths. Great peace and quiet, panoramic view of the UNESCO Loire Valley. The owners will be delighted to point you in the right direction for sightseeing, activities, gourmet or guinguette restaurants, tastings and shops in the area. Tour du Moulin (3 épis): Unusual studio for 2 people, 30m² shared over 4 levels:
Kitchenette, dining area, bathroom (shower, wc, washbasin), bedroom with double bed (160 cm X 200 cm) and upstairs a fully-glazed living room with exceptional panoramic views. Private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Breakfast is served privately in the tower.

Maison maître (2 épis) :
- 1 attic bedroom with double bed (160 cm X 200 cm), private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and entrance.
- 1 attic family suite, comprising two communicating bedrooms,
one with double bed (160 cm X 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm X 200 cm),
each with private bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin) and entrance.

Living room and furnished terrace reserved for guests.
Private parking.
Free wi-fi access (fiber) in all rooms (except tower).
