Formerly a barn typical of Loire towns, the building has become a pleasant, modern, bright and welcoming little house with 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. A welcoming 550m² garden completes the picture. THINGS TO DO NEARBY : Strategic location: along the Loire, follow the tourist route to enjoy the beautiful scenery and observe the local flora and fauna. Take the Loire by bike route, and visit the picturesque villages of Le Thoureil, La Bohalle, Saint Rémy La Varenne or Saint Mathurin sur Loire, all just ten kilometers away. Other sites of interest in the area include the Loire castles (Saumur, Montsoreau, Chinon, Angers, Serrant, Brissac, Brézé, all less than 1 hour away), the famous Doué-la-Fontaine and La Flèche Bioparks, the forests of the Baugeois and Milly regions and the Anjou-Saumur vineyards. Also less than 100km away: Futuroscope and Puy du Fou.
