La Maison Paradis welcomes you for a comfortable stay with a breathtaking view of the Loire. This pretty Holiday cottage, located 8 minutes from Ancenis and its shops, is ideal for discovering the Loire and its typical flora and fauna. Entirely renovated, this charming 19th-century house is an old building on the banks of the Unesco World Heritage Loire. Access to the Holiday cottage is via a small stone staircase (8 steps). The large windows in the living room provide plenty of natural light. The decor is modern and colorful. The fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare your meals at home when you're not enjoying the surrounding restaurants (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso pod machine, dishwasher...). Flat-screen TV, JBL speakers, DvD player On the first floor, you'll also find a large entrance hall with storage space, toilet and shower room. Upstairs, a small landing leads to two bedrooms: one with 1 x 140 x 190cm bed (overlooking the Loire) and the other with two 90 x 190cm beds. Each room has its own flat-screen TV. Outside, you'll enjoy two terraces with different exposures, one to the south and the other to the north, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors according to sunshine and time of day. The north-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, offers a breathtaking view of the majestic river. Access to the Loire is via a small road; ideal for fishermen. Sunbathing, barbecue, garden furniture... A call to calm and relaxation. And for those warm winter evenings, the pellet stove will keep you company. To discover during your stay in Liré: walks along or on the Loire, on foot or by bike (Loire à vélo) or by boat, the local Vineyards, the picturesque villages nearby... The Holiday cottage is adjoining on the east side. Two other Holiday cottages can be rented for longer stays with family or friends. Service includes: bed linen, household linen, towels. Cleaning is extra. 50€ If the cleaning package is not subscribed, you will have to return the house "as you found it", so the beds will also have to be made up. A small, lockable cellar with a charging point is available for storing bikes. Private parking on site.
