This former café de la Rabotière has been completely renovated by an architect and decorator, allowing you to enjoy views of the Loire from both inside and out. Situated 5km from the City of Ancenis and its shops, and on the route of the Loire à Vélo, the modern, tastefully decorated house boasts two pretty wooden terraces: one with a magnificent view of the Loire and the other overlooking the Countryside. Garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue and deckchairs are all available. You can reach the banks of the Loire by crossing a small road in front of the Holiday cottage. Living room with large bay windows and open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, filter or pod coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), dining area and lounge area with sofa, armchair and large connected TV. Upstairs, the landing leads to a beautiful shower room and two bedrooms with river views, comfortable bedding and TV (1 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and 1 bedroom with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a king-size bed). Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Housekeeping charge €50. If the cleaning package is not subscribed to, you will have to return the house "as you found it", so the beds will also have to be made up. Bluetooth speaker, RJ45 plug and free wifi.
