Come and stay in this 15th century house in the small commune of Huillé, between Angers and La Flèche. You'll be 10 minutes from the town of Durtal and all amenities, and 30 minutes from Angers. You enter the gîte via the small turret housing the grand spiral staircase serving the 2 levels of the house. On the second floor, you'll find a 30m² living room with chaise longue and armchairs, a functional open fireplace and a dining area. Next door is a living room with two armchairs and a TV with classic channels and some Internet channels, then the fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the garden. In the kitchen: small fridge, microwave, oven, gas cooker. Also on this level is the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The large winding staircase leads to the second floor, with two large bedrooms: a first bedroom (20m²) with a double bed (140x190cm), and a second bedroom (16m²) with two single beds (90x190cm). Outside, access the garden from the kitchen to find the garden furniture, the chiliennes and the electric plancha. The garden is not fully enclosed. [BIKE STAY] Join the banks of the Loir, 600m away, for cycling or walking. The "Vallée du Loir à vélo" cycle route passes right by the gîte. Nearby sights include the Château de Durtal, overlooking the Loir, and the ceramics workshops in this region renowned for the quality of its clay. The famous Terres Cuite tile factory in Les Rairies is just 10 km away. For leisure activities, take a breath of fresh air in the Forêt de Chambier, 5 minutes away, or take a dip in the supervised swimming pool in Le Loir at Villevèque. You can also enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities in Morannes-sur-Sarthe, 20 minutes from the gîte: canoeing, paddle-boarding, bike or rosalie hire, orienteering...
