Come and enjoy this quality Holiday cottage with a breathtaking view of the Loire. The Holiday cottage "La Maison Bonheur" will be ideal for a comfortable stay, between Angers and Nantes and 8 minutes from Ancenis and its shops. Completely renovated in 2020, this 19th-century house was built on the banks of the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Thanks to its large bay windows, the living room is very bright. The decor is resolutely modern and warm. On the same level: - Living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge with sofa, armchairs and pellet stove. - Bedroom overlooking the terrace (2 beds 90 x 200cm) - Bedroom overlooking the Loire (1 bed 160cm), ceiling fan. (Each room has a TV and storage space) - Bathroom with large walk-in shower and vanity unit - Separate toilet High-quality equipment (flat-screen TV, Bluetooth station, DVD player, etc.) On leaving the Holiday cottage, you'll enjoy two terraces with different exposures, one to the south and the other to the north, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors according to the amount of sunshine and the time of day. Both can be accessed from the living room, giving you a choice of views over the Loire or the Countryside. An enclosed garden of around 50m² is ideal for outdoor games. Access to the Loire is via a small road with little traffic; ideal for fishermen. Sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture... A call for calm and relaxation. To discover during your stay in Liré: walks along or on the Loire, on foot or by bike (thanks to the "chemins de hallages" and the "Loire à vélo" itineraries) or by boat, the local Vineyards, the picturesque surrounding villages... The Holiday cottage is adjoining on the west side. Two other Holiday cottages are located on the same site, ideal if you want to bring more people but still have independent accommodation. Bed linen, towels and household linen are included. Cleaning is €50 extra. If the cleaning package is not subscribed to, you will have to return the house "as you found it", so the beds will also have to be made up. Private parking on site.
