On the first floor, you'll find 60 m² of living space with a large living room, a bright lounge with TV and sofas, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace and vineyards. A corridor leads to the shower room with double vanity unit, walk-in shower and separate toilet. A first bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds can accommodate up to 4 people. Upstairs, the landing leads to 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed, and a bathroom with double vanity unit, large shower and toilet. Outside, a 30m² terrace lets you enjoy meals under the shelter of an arbour (woven-resin garden furniture). A large barbecue is available, as are children's play equipment (swing and slide). The private, enclosed grounds cover an area of around 200m². In front of the gîte, a parking space is reserved for you.
