Set between the Loire and vineyards, this former winegrower's house offers a peaceful setting 10 m from the Loire and 500 m from Chalonnes sur Loire town center and market, on the GR3. On the first floor, the gîte features a dining room with fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.) opening onto a large, shaded balcony-terrace with views over the vegetation and flower garden, a living room with TV and sofa-beds (for 2 extra people), a separate toilet and a first bathroom with shower. Depending on the season and water level, you can see La Loire from the terrace or from one of the upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs, the two spacious bedrooms have two 90x190 beds that can be moved closer together. The upstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower and WC. Downstairs, you'll find an enclosed garden planted with trees, and a swing for children to share with the "Loire Licorne" gîte. Just 25 minutes from Angers and Terra Botanica, many activities are available in the vicinity, whether with family or friends: hiking, cycling, canoeing, wine tasting in the vineyards, a visit to the island of Béhuard, classified as a "Petite Cité de Caractère", or the Château de Serrant, just 10 minutes away.
