In the heart of the vineyards of the Coteaux du Layon, south of Angers, Logis de la Brunetière welcomes you for a peaceful stay amidst the vineyards and rolling Anjou countryside. This house of character, ideal for 6 people, is an ideal base for discovering the gentle beauty of Anjou and the heritage of the Loire Valley. You'll be staying in the middle of the vineyards, close to the forests of Beaulieu-sur-Layon and Brissac-Quincé, ideal for walking or cycling. Heritage lovers can easily reach several of the region's iconic sites, including Château d'Angers, Château de Brissac, Château de Saumur, Château de Serrant, Château de Brézé and the famous Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud. In Angers, visitors can also discover the Musée Jean-Lurçat et de la tapisserie contemporaine or the Musée des Beaux-Arts d'Angers. The Holiday cottage offers a warm and welcoming living space where the charm of the past has been preserved with its exposed stonework and wooden beams. The main room features an open-plan kitchen, a convivial dining area and a comfortable living room with pellet stove and TV. The house has three bedrooms. On the first floor, the "L'Ardoise" bedroom has a 140 cm bed. Upstairs, "La Romance" and "La Paisible" each have a 180 cm bed that can be converted into two 90 cm beds. Each room has its own shower room and separate toilet. Outside, enjoy the warm weather with garden furniture for al fresco dining, chiliennes for relaxing and a barbecue. Heating, water and electricity are included in the price. The gîte is located right next to Le Logis de Brunetière 2, which can accommodate up to 14 people, making it ideal for larger groups.
