Access is via a 9-step outside staircase from the parking lot (see photos). Once you've arrived, you'll enjoy a home that's all on one level. The discreet owner lives on site on the upper floor, and the Holiday cottage has plenty of natural light thanks to its many bay windows. The living room features a fully-equipped, high-quality kitchen, a dining area facing the terrace, and a comfortable sitting area with sofa, TV and a well-stocked library. The south-facing terrace is equipped with awnings, garden furniture and armchairs, so you can enjoy the sunny days in a lush, green setting. The 12 m² bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed and a large bay window, so you can wake up to nature. A large dressing room links the bedroom to the shower room (large shower, vanity unit) with separate WC. The bedroom and dressing room are equipped with roller shutters. Curtains and awnings in the living room. The lawn extends into a steeply sloping, unfenced natural area (supervision of young Kids is required to avoid any risk of falls). 3 km away, Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent is renowned for its bubbly cellars and tastings. Just 10 minutes away, Saumur will seduce you with its dynamism, panoramic views over the Loire, the Cadre Noir, troglodytes, cruises on the Loire and bike rides (Loire à Vélo less than 1 km away). Saumur's 9-hole Golf course is just 3 minutes from the Holiday cottage, and within a 20-minute radius of the Holiday cottage: Doué-la-Fontaine (Bioparc), Montsoreau, Château de Brézé, fortified village of Montreuil-Bellay. The Royal Abbey of Fontevraud is 30 minutes away, making it the ideal place for a comfortable, light-filled break for two.
