Lieu-dit "Pont" au Vieux Briollay

This 4-person gîte, 15 minutes from Angers, is located in a quiet hamlet along the hillside, 300m from the Loir river. Do you like tree houses? You'll love the 16m² wooden terrace, almost in the trees, where you can spend long moments enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. With a surface area of 35m², the gîte comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area (fridge, combined microwave/microwave oven, gas hob, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.) and two small bedrooms. The first bedroom has two 90cm single beds, while the second has a 140cm double bed. The bathroom (accessible from the double bedroom - see photo) is equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Please note that you need to climb some 15 steps to reach the house, which is then on one level. You can park your car in the covered parking lot. In the village of Briollay, 3km away, you'll find plenty of shops: bakery, mini-market, chemist, florist, tobacconist, etc. Neighbors to the gite, the owners (who speak sign language) will be delighted to advise you on discovering Anjou, the Basses Vallées Angevines and its biodiversity. The land is shared with the owners. Do you like cycling? You can follow the Loir à Vélo circuit, which passes in front of the gîte and passes through rolling countryside dotted with dams, mills and charming villages along the Loir. The Vallée du Loir à Vélo reaches Angers and continues along the famous Loire à Vélo itinerary. After a good day's cycling, your bikes can be stored in the courtyard. Family holiday with baby?
