L'Espoir

Located 15 minutes from Angers, La Ferme de l'Espoir is a peaceful spot ideal for a family or couples vacation, far from the noise and stress of the City. In the heart of a former farm, the l'Espoir self-catering cottage is located on the first floor of a restored Angevin farmhouse, above the owners' home. The pleasant setting and peaceful atmosphere will help you make the most of your Countryside vacation. The private garden is fully enclosed, ideal for Kids to play in! For families, you'll be 40 km from La Flèche Zoo, 36 km from Saumur and 15 km from Angers, with its castle, historic city center and Terra Botanica plant park. Angers exhibition center and Marcé airport are 5 minutes away. You'll receive a warm welcome on arrival from the owners (and their two 4-legged friends!), who live on the farm and are available at any time to meet your needs. When you arrive, a basket of fresh local produce awaits you, depending on the season. The Holiday cottage opens onto a landing on the first floor, leading to a shower room and separate private WC. You then enter the kitchen area, where you'll find everything you need: mini oven, microwave, electric wok, washing machine and dishwasher. The door leading from the kitchen to the bedroom is 1m70 high. The large 25m² bedroom features a sitting area, two 90cm x 190cm beds and a 140cm x 190cm bed for up to three people. Board games, books for young and old, and a television are also available. At the foot of the Holiday cottage l'Espoir, you can enjoy sunny days in the private grassy garden, complete with garden furniture and barbecue. First prize for flowering houses and gardens for several years. Another Holiday cottage on site can accommodate a further 6 people (H49G014946 - L'Authentique). Both Holiday cottages share a pétanque court. For your convenience, bed linen and utilities are included in the rental price, and beds are made on arrival. Baby equipment is available. Linen rental is available on request. The owners can also rent out a reception room for family gatherings.
