Welcome to Holiday cottage "Les Vigneaux", a soulful address nestled between Angers and Saumur, in the heart of a typical Loire-side setting. Here, everything invites you to slow down: vineyards as far as the eye can see, small villages full of character, troglodytic cellars and the emblematic châteaux for which the region is famous. Housed in a group of 16th-century buildings, the Holiday cottage blends authenticity and comfort with warm simplicity. As soon as you enter, you'll discover a vast living area of over 40 m² designed for sharing good times: fully equipped kitchen, convivial dining area and cosy lounge organized around the functional fireplace. Upstairs, the two attic bedrooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and two Kids: the first is a bright, air-conditioned master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a small dressing room and an unobstructed view of the surrounding Countryside. The second bedroom is just the thing for Kids: a cozy little nest with two 90x190cm beds (11.50m² on the ground and 5.7m² at 1.80m height). The small bedroom with two single beds will be small enough to accommodate two adults. Each level has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, it's time to relax and enjoy the fresh air! The private garden is a real invitation to enjoy your vacations: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, hammock, outdoor games and ping-pong table punctuate sunny days. If you continue walking around the estate, you'll come to an unspoilt natural setting with fields, a small stream, woods and a pond around 500 meters away. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted with carp, roach, tench and other surprises, in a peaceful and respectful (no-kill) spirit. In total, almost 2 hectares of nature are freely available to explore, perfect for a truly relaxing break. The owners, who are on site, will be delighted to welcome you and share their tips for discovering the region in a different way. Private parking for two vehicles, Wi-Fi, baby equipment on request (folding bed, high chair, bathtub)... everything is provided for a carefree stay. Heating is provided from October 15 to April 15, and the stay is all-inclusive, excluding housekeeping.
