Located on the first floor of this beautiful stone house, with its own entrance, the bedroom is comfortable and beautifully decorated: double bed 160x200cm, television. Shower room (Italian shower, double vanity unit, hairdryer), WC and dressing room. A courtesy tray awaits you to quench your thirst at any time of day: kettle, tea, coffee, water, cookies. Every morning, Philippe and Léonor will serve you a gourmet breakfast in the living room or on the terrace: hot drinks, pastries, breads, homemade jams, etc. Table d'hôtes is also available, at 28€ /meal / person (starter, main course, cheese, dessert and drinks) and 18€ for Kids under 12. Reservations can be made up to 48 hours before your stay. Table d'hôtes is not available on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1. Between vineyards, castles, Forest walks and visits to sites and cities, you'll find plenty to do within 1 hour of the house: Angers and Terra Botanica 20 minutes away, the banks of the Loire 30 minutes, Saumur 45 minutes, Maulévrier Oriental Park 1 hour away, etc. For cycling enthusiasts, the Vallée du Loir à Vélo cycle route is 500m from Angers, crossing the Basses vallées angevines. Just 5 minutes away, you'll find a beach, picnic tables and playground for Kids (supervised swimming in July and August). And in summer, don't forget to sample the pleasures of waterside guinguettes.
