The Holiday cottage is a typical Anjou house with tufa stone walls and small cellars set in a cliff of falun rock. Our charming Holiday cottage combines modern comforts with old stones. It's a cosy little nest where life is good, with a bucolic garden for you to relax in. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll be awakened by the sound of birdsong. The cul-de-sac leads to a Hiking trail, ideal for visiting woods, meadows, the village and its castle. The Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the wonders of the Loire Valley: explore the Loire on foot or by bike, by barge, canoe, horseback or hot-air balloon, Doué-La-Fontaine 5 min away with its rose city and Zoo, ...and Rochemenier: a typical troglodyte village. You can also enjoy traditional "fouées" and discover the region's various Vineyards. The 95m² ground-floor Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and working fireplace. A separate living room with a large, comfortable sofa for relaxing and reading, overlooking the garden (with TV). A bathroom (bath/shower), and a laundry room with washing machine. Separate WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large, comfortable 160x200 bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. The third bedroom, with a 140x190 bed, is located in a small outbuilding attached to the house, with a private shower room (Italian shower, washbasin and toilet). To ensure your comfort all year round, the outbuilding and shower room are closed in winter, but the third bedroom is in the living room. The Holiday cottage is equipped with air conditioning, ideal for cool summer moments. The flower-filled garden features a pergola, barbecue and working bread oven. A covered play area is also available. Parking available in front of the house. The Holiday cottage has Wifi Internet access. Pets allowed: one dog or 2 on request. Basket of 10 logs of 50 cm : 15€. Heating and electricity not included. Electric vehicle charge not included.
