In a charming village, 15 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, come and stay in this 18th-century farmhouse with beams, renovated in the local style. Located 10 minutes from Angers, this ground-floor gîte sleeps 4, and features a living room with open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, small dishwasher, etc.), dining area and sitting area with TV. The first bedroom, with direct access to the courtyard, has a 140x190cm double bed, while the second, with a view of the garden, has two 90x190cm single beds. The shower room and WC are separate. A washing machine is available in the gîte, and there's also a private room with a tumble dryer. At the rear of the gîte, you'll enjoy a pleasant, quiet, flower-filled garden with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, and you'll appreciate the outdoor terrace with its arbour, where you can enjoy your meals outside whatever the weather. At the front of the gîte, the enclosed courtyard provides a safe place to park a car, or to have your meals depending on the time of day. The owner, who lives next door, will be delighted to share his tips for exploring the region. The shops in the town center are just a few minutes' walk away (grocery store, mini-market, tobacconist's). Make the most of your stay in Anjou to discover the region's many attractions: the magnificent villages and landscapes along the Loire, the Layon and Saumur vineyards, the city of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park, Doué la Fontaine and its troglodytes 30 minutes away and Saumur 40 minutes from the gîte. Angers golf course is 5 minutes away. The gîte is equipped with Wifi fiber internet access, a vacuum cleaner and baby equipment (high chair and cot) on request.
