Would you like to recharge your batteries in the heart of the vineyards, in accommodation with a heated swimming pool? The Gîte des Noëls is just the place! Nestled in the heart of a beautiful rolling landscape, amidst the hills of the Layon Valley, your stay will be synonymous with rest, relaxation and discovery. Halfway between Faye d'Anjou and Thouarcé, this gîte is located between the owners' house and another dwelling. [TO SEE / TO DO] Many sites to visit in the vicinity! For heritage lovers, there are the castles of Brissac, Saumur and Angers, as well as the Abbaye de Fontevraud. If you're a vineyard and wine lover, the region is full of appellations, all equally interesting to taste: Coteau du Layon, Coteau d'Aubance, Saumur Champigny, Anjou... In moderation, of course! To learn more, the Musée de la Vigne et du Vin in Saint Lambert du Lattay is 13 minutes away. For day trips, the city of Angers, with its castle, historic town center and plant park, is 30 minutes away, while Saumur, with its famous black frame and castle, is 40 minutes away. For hikers, there are numerous walks in the direct vicinity of the gîte to discover the local countryside. The Loire River, with its many "guinguettes" open in season, is just 20 minutes away. [COMPOSITION DU GITE] The house comprises : First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area, lounge with sofa and TV, shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find: a bedroom with a 140 cm X 190 cm bed, a second bedroom with two 90 cm X 200 cm beds, a shower room and separate WC. The outdoors will delight young and old alike! There's a dining area under the courtyard where you can enjoy your meals sheltered from the sun: garden furniture, a lounge, a gas plancha and a molkky. Need to cool off? The heated swimming pool (width 5m - length 11m) is just the thing! Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (reserved for owners after these hours), open from early June to late September (weather permitting) and gated.
