The complex comprises two independent, non-detached houses, offering conviviality and privacy for all. The "Holiday cottage du Champs de la Vigne" (100 m²) features a large 6-seater kitchen/dining area on the first floor, a living room with fireplace and TV, and a large dining area that can accommodate up to 14 people. Upstairs, accessible via an outside staircase, are two double bedrooms with 140 cm beds and a shower room with bath and toilet. The "Kids' House" (94 m²) comprises a large ground-floor bedroom with 140 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, separate toilet and a living room with fitted kitchen and TV lounge opening onto a south-facing terrace. Upstairs: a large dormitory room with 6 single beds and washbasin, a double bedroom with washbasin, a small shower room (1m²) and separate toilet. 4500 m² of landscaped garden with trees and shrubs, ideal for outdoor activities: terrace dining with large garden furniture and brazier, grassed area for soccer, badminton and outdoor games. The Piscine is covered, secure and heated to 25°C from May to October (4 x 10 m, maximum depth 2 m). For a moment of relaxation, take advantage of the wood-fired Nordic Spa for 8 to 10 people, available as an optional extra. Set in calm, soothing surroundings, it promises convivial evenings under the stars and a real Wellbeing break, summer and winter alike.
