With an uninterrupted view over the Countryside, this Holiday cottage, located 8km from the Loire Valley, will enable you to discover the assets of the Mauges and Layon regions. A renovated farmhouse adjoining the owners' home, the gîte opens onto a large living room with dining area and sitting area with TV. The functional fireplace will warm your winter evenings. Adjacent to this living room, you'll find a relaxation area with table soccer, a library and a sofa. Two bedrooms are accessible from this area: the first with a 160cm X 200cm bed (which can form two 80cm beds) and the second with 3 90x190cm beds. On a half-level, down 4 steps, you'll find : - A fitted kitchen with a view over the meadows. - Bedroom with 1 x 90cm x 190cm bed - Bathroom with shower, laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and separate WC. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. You'll enjoy the outside facilities, including the courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage, the sloping garden area with uninterrupted views over the Countryside, and a terrace accessible from the kitchen, ideal for outdoor dining. Wifi internet connection. Unenclosed parking on the property, with space for 3 vehicles. Your stay will be an opportunity to discover the charming villages along the Loire: Chalonnes-sur-Loire 10 minutes away, Montjean-sur-Loire and Rochefort-sur-Loire 20 minutes. Angers, with its historic city center and Château des Ducs d'Anjou, is just 30 minutes away. Take the opportunity to visit Nantes, 1h away, with its famous machines and diverse cultural program. For a family holiday, the Puy du Fou is 50 minutes away and Terra Botanica 35 minutes. Near the Holiday cottage, you can also visit the Museums des Métiers, 5 minutes away, where you can discover the region and its history.
