On the borders of Maine-et-Loire, close to Sarthe and Indre-et-Loire, you'll be 20 minutes from La Flèche zoo and 20 minutes from Baugé, where you can visit the château and the Apothicairerie. This seasonal rental features a large 70m² living room with wood-burning stove, large dining area and fully-equipped kitchen (Airfryer). The first floor also features a first bathroom with shower and separate wc. Upstairs, a landing leads to a first bedroom of 14m² with a 140cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and wc, and a large 55m² bedroom (35 m² at 1m80 height) with 1 150cm bed and 4 90cm beds. The owners, who live on site, give you free access to the 7-hectare property, which is perfect for Kids' walks. Continue your walk as far as the private pond. As you leave the Holiday cottage along the D86, you'll come to the terrace with its garden furniture. Nearby, in an area shaded by trees, there are games for Kids, as well as a petanque court. The large henhouse is accessible to those wishing to feed the chickens. The Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 8 people on request, thanks to the second bedroom and its large number of beds. You will be located 40 minutes from Saumur, 50 minutes from Tours and 1 hour from Angers and Le Mans. From the Holiday cottage, 900m along the main road, you can join the GR 36.
