25 minutes from Angers, in a residential area, come and stay in this 4-person gîte with heated swimming pool shared with the owner. In the heart of the Basses Vallées Angevines, a Natura 2000 listed area, you'll discover a region full of animal and plant species. Along the banks of the Loir and Sarthe rivers, you'll enjoy beautiful walks, bike rides, canoeing and river cruises. If you'd like to sample local produce in a convivial atmosphere, don't forget to spend an evening in a riverside guinguette! The gîte, adjoining the owner's house, opens onto a living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, induction hob, oven, washing machine, etc.) and sitting area (sofa, TV). Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine with games, armchairs and a double school desk, two bedrooms with sloping ceilings, a shower room with WC and a storage room. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm) and the second two single beds (90x190cm). For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided. Outside, you'll find a terrace with barbecue (plot under construction). The swimming pool is heated to 25° and is accessible as soon as weather conditions permit, with an outside temperature equal to or greater than 25° (10m x 5m - from 1.20m to 1.80m - safety curtain). Please bring your own towels for the pool. Recently settled in the area, the owner and her little dog Everest will be delighted to welcome you to their property. The gîte is 25 minutes from the Terra Botanica plant park, 35 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 45 minutes from Saumur and 38km from La Flèche Zoo.
