Come and discover this totally renovated, character farmhouse, with its 82m² first-floor gîte. Ideally located, it's just 3 km from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance, its shops and its castle, the highest in France. You can also take advantage of the Etang park and its family activities (pedal boats, inflatable structures, supervised swimming, water slide...) located 7 km away. The gîte is also an ideal starting point for taking advantage of the region's many tourist attractions: the Loire River and its many activities (fishing, river cruises, hiking or cycling on the Loire à vélo trail) are 12 km away, and the Doué-la-Fontaine zoo is 20 km away. Angers, with its historic center, château des Ducs d'Anjou and Terra Botanica plant park, is 30 km away. You can also take advantage of your stay to visit Puy du Fou, 60km away. For wine lovers, many winegrowers open their doors for you to discover the vineyards of Anjou and Saumur. On the second floor of this gîte, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including dining room and lounge. The hallway leads to three bedrooms: one with a 140cm x 190cm bed and its own bathroom with shower and basin, a second with another 140cm x 190cm bed, and a third with two 90cm x 190cm beds. A bathroom with shower and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet, are also available. Outside, you can enjoy a garden shared with the owners, for sunny afternoons. A large covered courtyard, under which a barbecue is available, will enable you to enjoy your meals outside in the shade. For children, there's a trampoline and a swing in the garden. A wi-fi internet connection is available throughout the accommodation. Oil-fired heating for the bedrooms is included in the rental price. Heating (electric), electricity over 8kwh / day and tourist tax are extra.
