Looking for peace and quiet? Holiday cottage Les Celliers is just the place! Les Celliers is a former 18th-century wine cellar, fully restored in 2006, and located in a hamlet of character in the heart of the Vineyard. The key to your stay here will be to recharge your batteries. Your stay will be an opportunity to discover the treasures of our region: the Château de Brissac-Quincé 3 minutes away, Angers, its historic city center and walks along the banks of the Maine 23 minutes away, or the Terra Botanica plant park 20 minutes away. As the Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the Vineyard, tastings are available at many of the local winegrowers, with many fine appellations to discover (anjou, saumurois, côteaux du layon...). For a family getaway, the Doué-en-Anjou Biopark is just 25 minutes away, and there are plenty of activities on offer nearby (Ice rink in Angers, cinemas, swimming pools, etc.). If you drive along the Loire, or take the Loire by bike route 10 km from the Holiday cottage, the natural heritage of Europe's longest untamed river invites you to stroll and enjoy the many guinguettes. Just 40 minutes away, in the east of the département, you can discover Saumur, its château and its famous "cadre noir". This detached Holiday cottage, built of slate schist with tuffeau (local limestone) window and door surrounds, comprises a bright, pleasant living room on the first floor, with a sitting area, a living room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The first floor also features two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed, and a laundry room with heated washing machine. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and WCs. Upstairs, a third bedroom with two 90 cm X 200 cm beds and its own shower room and WC would be perfect for kids or friends. Outside, the 890m² garden with its many flowers is ideal for sunny meals in fine weather (garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs). The exterior is fully enclosed, with private parking. Included in the rental price: baby chair/cot, baby bath, wi-fi internet connection. Additional charges: electricity over 8 kwh (current EDF rate), electric heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
