With its 5 bedrooms (including 3 on the first floor) and 3 shower rooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The large 75m² living room features a cosy lounge with wood-burning stove, a functional, fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area for 12. An independent 11m² lounge has a TV (Freebox and Netflix freely available). The spacious first floor is the perfect place to gather around a meal or a board game (loan on request). Sleeping arrangements: the 3 ground-floor bedrooms all have 160x200cm beds. The purple room has its own shower room. The pink and blue bedrooms share a bathroom with double basins, corner bath and shower. Upstairs, a large mezzanine distributes 2 bedrooms: the striped linen bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm and the family room with 1 bed 160x200cm and 2 beds 90x190cm. On the mezzanine, a beautiful play area will delight the youngest: mini table football/billiards/air field hockey, small desks, chalkboard, wooden kitchen with dinette. Bathroom with vanity unit and shower. Separate WC. Located in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent, less than a 10-minute walk takes you to many amenities: bakery, restaurant, bar and Pharmacy, as well as the famous Saumur fine bubbles cellars (Ackerman, Veuve Amiot, Langlois...). Nearby attractions within a 20-minute drive include the Château de Saumur, Cadre Noir, Abbaye de Fontevraud, Bioparc, Distillerie Combier and much more.
