In the commune of Brissac-Loire-Aubance, come and stay at the Eco-gite de la Chapelle, for vacations in a preserved, natural environment. Comfortable for 6 people with 3 large bedrooms, the 115m² house has been renovated with the environment in mind. Outside, in addition to the large 60m² private wooden terrace, you'll have access to the property's many green spaces, a haven for many birds: the shared Piscine area with a wooden swimming pool (dimensions: 15x4x1.35m). Surrounded by green spaces, fruit trees and play areas for Kids. Inside, you'll find a 33m² living room with a fully-equipped Countryside-style kitchen, a fireplace for cosy winter fires, a dining area for 6 and a living room with skylight. The 2 ground-floor bedrooms are pleasant, spacious and refined. Each offers 1 bed 160cmx200cm (or 2 beds 80x200cm). The large, bright bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin. In keeping with our commitment to the environment, the entire property is equipped with wood-chip dry toilets. This water- and odor-free system is very easy to use. The owners will guide you through its management and operation. Upstairs, an exceptional surprise awaits you... The former chapel has been replaced by a monumental 27m², 4m-high bedroom. Wooden ceiling, moldings, sculptures and headboard engraved in the tufa stone, subdued lighting, view of the trees, ultra-comfortable bedding with a 180x200cm bed (or 2 90x200cm beds). Also on the first floor, a 2nd living room with TV and sofa (beams 1.55m high, access by staircase difficult for very young Kids and elderly people). From this living room, you can look out through the fixed window into the adjoining barn. All-inclusive service in this Ecogîte® near Angers: end-of-stay cleaning, made beds, bathroom linen, wood... Pets allowed on request only. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room in the outbuildings, shared with owners. On-property parking with electric vehicle charging station. The first in Maine et Loire to be awarded the Ecogîte® label, this Holiday cottage is equipped with solar panels, a heat pump, composting dry toilets, a pedo-purification system for household water and rainwater recovery in a cistern under the terrace.
