Welcome to Saint Augustin des Bois, between Angers and Nantes and 12 minutes from the banks of the Loire. The friendly, family-run estate welcomes tourists all year round in its accommodation: the Holiday cottage, the Gitane caravan, the Clown lodge and the Chalet. In the 5,000m² of shared space, you'll find a host of activities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, play structures and a Kids' Cabin, ping-pong table, soccer goal, chickens... Angers is 30 minutes away and Nantes 1 hour. Reach the small Loire-side cities of Ingrandes, Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Savennières, Montjean-sur-Loire and the island of Béhuard in less than 20 min. For heritage lovers, the Château de Serrant is a must-see, just 12 min away. The 25m² south-facing terrace is private and equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. Inside, the 19m² main room features a small, fully-equipped kitchen (2 gas rings, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher) with a dining area for 4, and a relaxation area with sofa bed, TV and Internet connection. Sleeping facilities include an 11.5m² bedroom with 140x190cm electric bed (2 mattresses) and a small 6.45m² room with 2 90x190cm beds. Beds made on arrival. The accommodation is on one level, with 82cm-wide windows and doors to the bathroom and bedroom. This Holiday cottage with Piscine near Angers is brand new (built in 2023) with a wood frame and high-performance insulation for pleasant thermal comfort in summer and winter. The living room is air-conditioned. If you rent all our accommodations, you can bring 17 people together!
