Stay in this warm and welcoming gîte on the banks of the Loire The gîte is within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, bars and services, as well as the SNCF train station, just a 7-minute walk away. Come from Nantes or Angers by train and enjoy a car-free vacation! By bike or on foot, the Loire à vélo cycle route offers a wealth of discoveries along the river. This small 50m² house is perfect for a couple or a small family with two young children. 30m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area, small lounge with sofa and rocking chair, TV (stove not working). Access to the terrace from the living room. The 80m² outdoor space is entirely enclosed by walls. You can safely store your bicycles. Available on the terrace: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, garden shed, armchairs, children's games. Take the Japanese staircase up to the first floor, where you'll find a small bedroom (8.50m² at a height of 1m80 and 16m² on the ground) with a 160 x 200 cm bed and memory foam mattress. The room is bright thanks to its 3 windows. A second room upstairs has a large closet and 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can accommodate 2 children on request. Ideas for outings/activities: Cruise or traditional Loire boat trip on the Loire from Saint Florent le Viel, Montjean-sur-Loire or Champtoceaux. To admire the royal river: the small town of Saint Florent le Viel and the bargemen's village of Montjean-sur-Loire 10 min away, the most beautiful panorama of the Loire at Champtoceaux sur Loire 40 min away. And there's something for everyone: the Moulin de l'Epinay, Le Musée des Métiers, Le Musée Julien Gracq, Le Musée de la Vigne et du Vin d'Anjou...the medieval Château d'Oudon... Bistrot-guinguette "Le Marie-Louise" on the other bank of the Loire, 6 min by car or 15 min Guinguette " Baby equipment available: folding bed, bouncer, toilet reducer, nomad seat.
