On the first floor, a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed guarantees a restful night's sleep. A modern bathroom with large shower and WC completes the space. On the mezzanine level, which opens onto the living room, a second double bed (140x190cm) provides a warm and cosy space. Outside, everything is in place to make the most of fine weather. The terrace invites you to enjoy meals al fresco, thanks to the garden furniture and barbecue. Relaxation areas let you soak up the sun, while leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the presence of a dart board. A summer kitchen will soon complete the facilities for even greater vacation comfort. The enclosed garden, shared with the owners and the estate's second Holiday cottage, offers a pleasant setting where young and old alike can enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet. Private parking is available inside the property. Included in the rental price: bed linen, towels, wi-fi internet connection. End-of-stay cleaning €60 extra. Saumur is just a few kilometers away, with its castle overlooking the Loire, its lively streets and the prestigious Cadre Noir.
