Easy to access, the house benefits from the proximity of a train station, making it possible to reach Angers in just 10 minutes, as well as Nantes or Cholet. Outside, you'll find a fully enclosed space, a convivial terrace equipped with wooden garden furniture, parasol and plancha for outdoor meals. Inside, the living room will seduce you with its cocooning atmosphere and natural materials: comfortable sofa, decorative electric stove, connected TV with Orange TV channels and a terrace-side dining area. The entrance to the shower room is from the kitchen: large shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Access to the WC from the shower room.
