Le Saumur

Close to the town center, between Saumur's 2 bridges on the Ile d'Offard, Le Saumur, a tufa stone farmhouse classified as a remarkable building, invites you to relax in comfort combining modernity and tradition. The gîte's location on the banks of the Loire makes it easy to visit Saumur (château, Cadre Noir, cellars, museums, theater...) while strolling through its historic streets. You'll also appreciate the nearby shops and restaurants. And if you're traveling by train, the station is only a 10-minute walk away. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, classic and Senséo coffee makers, dishwasher, wine cellar...). In the same room, you'll find a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and stereo. Toilets are available on the first floor. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed. The modern bathroom features a large shower and two basins (heated towel rail). The toilets are separate. Public parking in front of the gîte. Wifi free of charge. Linen provided (beds made up on arrival). Electricity and heating (electric) included.
