This 49m² single-storey Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house. It opens onto the living room, which is organized around two areas: a dining room and a relaxing lounge with sofa, TV and a functional insert fireplace (perfect for evenings reading by the fire). Access to the fitted kitchen and shower room is via 2 steps. The kitchen is equipped with oven, gas + electric hob, microwave and washing machine. Accessible from the kitchen, shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC. From the living room, you'll access the spacious bedroom with two beds: 1 bed 140cm X 190cm and 1 bed 90cm X 190cm. Beds made on arrival for your convenience. You'll enjoy a private outdoor space (accessible via the kitchen) with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue overlooking the Countryside and a lawn area not overlooked. On-site parking and closed bicycle storage area. Baby equipment: cot and high chair on request. Utilities included.
