Situated in the heart of the troglodytic village of Louresse-Rochemnier, the geographical position of this accommodation is ideal for discovering the most beautiful treasures of the department: the museum of the troglodytic village of Louresse Rochemenier (1 min. walk), Saumur, its château, its Armored Corps museum and its famous black frame 24 km away, or Angers, its historic center, its many cultural activities (theater, museum, château des Ducs d'Anjou) and its Terra Botanica plant park 40 km away. There are many châteaux to discover in the area: Château de Montreuil-Bellay (18 km), Château de Brissac (20 km) and Château de Brézé (25 km). For a family outing, the Doué-en-Anjou Biopark is 8 km away, and the banks of the Loire, with its guinguettes and "La Loire à vélo" cycling trail, are just 15 km away. This 110 m² gîte comprises : First floor: - A large living room, with fitted kitchen opening onto the living room - A bathroom with shower and washing machine - Separate WC First floor: - A bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm X 190 cm - Two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm X 190 cm bed - Separate WC Outside, you'll enjoy a small enclosed courtyard at the rear of the gîte. Deckchairs, garden furniture and a barbecue are available for you to enjoy on sunny days! In front of the gîte is a landscaped garden to be shared with the owners. A carport is available (you can also park your bikes there). For wine lovers, many of the vineyards of the Saumur and Layon regions are within easy reach of the gîte. Great tastings (in moderation) in prospect! Included in the rental price: baby equipment (bed and high chair), electricity and heating (electric).
