On the ground floor, you’ll find a large 36-square-meter living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. On the same level are the bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the landing leads to a first bedroom with a 160-cm bed, followed by a second bedroom, off the first, with two bunk beds. On the other side of the landing is the third bedroom with a 160-cm bed. Between the two, you’ll find the shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, there’s a south-facing courtyard where you can park two cars. Below that is a terrace directly accessible from the living area, furnished with patio furniture, an awning, and a gas grill. The property is fully enclosed by a gate. The laundry room is accessible from the outside of the holiday cottage. You can visit the family-owned estate, located 1 kilometer away, to learn about their traditional winemaking methods for Saumur and Coteaux du Layon wines, including a guided tour and free tasting. Starting points for easy hikes to admire the vineyards. Ideally located for sightseeing. You’ll be just 11 minutes from Doué-La-Fontaine, home to the Bioparc, the Mystère des Faluns, and the troglodyte sites; 12 minutes from Montreuil Bellay and its medieval castle; 25 minutes from Saumur and the banks of the Loire; and 45 minutes from Angers.
