Take a break in this large, family-run Holiday cottage, surrounded by 40 hectares of Forest, ideal for a relaxing break with family or friends. 80 meters from the Holiday cottage, enjoy fishing in two large ponds (4500m² each) in a peaceful, natural setting. Fishing is exclusively no-kill. Net fishing is strictly prohibited. You'll find a wide range of species: carp, roach and carnivorous fish. Specific house rules to be requested from the reservations department prior to booking. The Holiday cottage is reached by a few steps up to a large 50m² terrace, directly accessible from the living area, with large garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The Holiday cottage is on three levels with: - On the ground floor, a large 55m² living area with dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, with an insert for cold winter days. The room extends into a cosy chalet-style living room with large windows overlooking nature. The sofa bed sleeps two. On the same level, 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 140cm bed and 1 with 2 Bunk beds), a bathroom with washbasin and shower and a separate toilet - Upstairs, a mezzanine open onto the living room has two single beds. This mezzanine leads to the 3-person bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed - On level -1, you'll find a shower room with a large shower, a small sink and a toilet, a laundry room with sink, mirror and washing machine. Baby equipment (folding bed, high chair, bathtub). Private parking (not enclosed) in front of the Holiday cottage. Wifi connection. Poor telephone coverage. Electric heating and wood included. The owners, winegrowers, offer you a visit of their cellar and a free tasting in their cellar. With the rental of this large gîte suitable for groups, you will be located 12 minutes from Rocherfort-sur-Loire and the banks of the Loire. Discover the typical villages along the Loire: Savennières, La Possonnière, Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Bouchemaine and the UNESCO World Heritage island of Béhuard. A little further afield, the City of Angers is 30 minutes away, or 40 minutes from Doué la Fontaine, with its troglodyte dwellings and Bioparc. For the comfort of your neighbors, please be aware of noise pollution.

Pets are welcome in the Holiday cottage with their baskets. Please keep them out of the bedrooms and off the sofa.
