Treat yourself to a break in this large family-run gîte, surrounded by 40 hectares of forest, ideal for disconnecting for the duration of your stay with family or friends. Just 80 meters from the gîte, take advantage of two large ponds, each measuring 4500m², and take some time to stroll through this private forest (1h30 walk possible within the estate). You can fish in the ponds without a permit for carp, roach and predators (net fishing strictly prohibited). A few steps lead up to the gîte, which opens onto a large 50m² terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, directly accessible from the living room. The gîte is on three levels: - On the ground floor, a large 55m² living room with dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, with wood-burning stove for cold winter days. The room extends into a cosy chalet-style living room with large windows overlooking nature. The sofa bed can accommodate two people when unfolded. Also on this level, 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 140cm bed and 1 with 2 bunk beds), a shower room with basin and shower, and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a mezzanine open onto the living room has two single beds. This mezzanine leads to the 3-person bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed. - On level -1, you'll find a shower room with a large shower, a small sink and a toilet, a laundry room with sink, mirror and washing machine. And to complete this level, a convivial room with bar, darts and table soccer. Baby equipment (folding bed, high chair, bathtub). Private parking (not enclosed) in front of the gîte. Wifi internet connection. Weak telephone network coverage. Electric and wood heating included. The owners, winegrowers, invite you to visit their cellar and enjoy a free tasting session. When you rent this large gîte suitable for groups, you'll be 12 minutes from Rocherfort-sur-Loire and the banks of the Loire. The surrounding villages are typical of the Loire Valley: Savennières, La Possonnière, Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Bouchemaine and the charming island of Béhuard, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A little further afield, the city of Angers is 30 minutes away, or 40 minutes from Doué la Fontaine with its troglodyte dwellings and Bioparc, or the Puy du Fou near Les Herbiers. For the comfort of your neighbors, please be aware of noise pollution.

Pets are welcome in the Holiday cottage with their baskets. Please keep them out of the bedrooms and off the sofa.
