The Pré-Madelon Holiday cottage, set in a beautiful green setting, is a small one-bedroom gîte for 4 people, ideal for a couple or small family. Situated 10km from the banks of the Loire, between Angers, Cholet and Nantes, the location is perfect for walks in the vineyards, on the rolling hillsides and along the banks of the Loire. This small stone house dating from the 2nd half of the 19th century was renovated in 2024. Detached house 75m², it offers all the comforts you need for a stay in the Countryside: pretty private garden all around the house, small terrace in front of the gite facing west, 1800m² garden with trees and lawn, view over the Countryside, shed to shelter your bikes or your car. Inside, a 25m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and access to the terrace. Take 2 small steps down to the kitchen: new fitted kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer... (no dishwasher). A large bay allows you to eat in the garden. The 23m² bedroom has 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 2 single beds (90x190cm). From the kitchen: access to the boiler room, which leads to the toilet and shower room with shower and washbasin. Nearby, take advantage of your pied-à-terre in the Vineyard to taste local wines at winegrowers', visit the typical Loire villages of Chalonnes-sur-Loire, Savennières and the UNESCO World Heritage island of Béhuard. The Bioparc is 40 minutes away, Le Puy du Fou 45 minutes, Angers 30 minutes and Saumur 55 minutes. Possibility of installing a single bed in the living room to provide two sleeping areas. Wifi internet connection, parking on site, property not enclosed, animals not allowed due to the presence of cattle in the surrounding fields. 2 steps down to kitchen and 2 small steps down to shower/wc/boiler room.
