Looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in the Countryside with a view over the vineyards? Holiday cottage du Pré is the perfect place! Located in the former commune of Rablay-sur-Layon, you can enjoy beautiful walks and discover the vineyards surrounding the Holiday cottage. Whether it's Layon, Anjou or the fine bubbles of the Saumur region, your palate won't know where to turn! The owners will be delighted to share their knowledge of the Vineyard with you, and give you a tour of the estate's cellars. Adjoining the winegrowers' longère, the 30 m² studio on one level comprises a living room with : - a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area, - sleeping area (Bed 140 cm X 190 cm with alcove) - a relaxation area with BZ - a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Outside, you'll find a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol for enjoying sunny days. WIFI connection included. Electricity (over 8 kwh/day) and heating (electric) are extra.
