Le Plessis-Beaudouin is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with its heated swimming pool. Ideally situated between Angers, Cholet and Saumur, its location allows you to explore the whole department and discover all the treasures of our region. The Camifolia garden in Chemillé, just 13 minutes away, is a great place to learn more about botany. Le Puy du Fou, the famous theme park on the Vendée wars, is 45 minutes away. Angers, its mild climate, its heritage (Château des Ducs d'Anjou, Cathédrale Saint-Maurice and its famous half-timbered houses) and its Terra Botanica park are 40 minutes away. For a day of discovery, the city of Nantes (with its famous machines, its Château des Ducs de Bretagne and its "leaning buildings") is 1h15 away, and the Atlantic coast 1h40. For wine lovers, there are numerous winegrowers to help you discover the region's appellations: Layon, Saumurois, Savennières... In short, something for every palate! For a family day out, l'Autre Usine, 30 minutes away in Cholet, offers a wide range of activities: go-karting, bowling, laser game, escape game, basketball, badminton and squash! An old farmhouse, fully restored, this single-storey gîte opens onto a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with fireplace, ideal for an evening of reading by the fire (wood extra). Four bedrooms are available: two with one 160 cm X 200 cm bed each and two with two 90 cm X 200 cm beds each. Two separate bathrooms with walk-in showers and two separate WCs are available. Outside, a heated, chlorine-free swimming pool reserved exclusively for gîte guests from April to September (between 21° and 24° - width: 4m - length: 9m - depth: 1.10 to 1.90m) will delight young and old alike. Sun loungers, parasols, children's swing and plenty of outdoor play equipment. Included in rental price: wi-fi Internet connection. Additional charges: electricity above 8 kwh / day (current EDF rate), oil heating (fixed charge of €80 / week, pro rata according to number of nights), wood for the fireplace (to be purchased from the owner).
