Let yourself be tempted by a troglodyte experience in the heart of the village of Parnay, 15 minutes from Saumur! Between the Châteaux of the Loire, Hiking and cycling through the Vineyard and along the banks of the Loire, and discovering our gastronomic heritage, a wonderful stay awaits you at Le Petit Targé. A semi-troglodyte dwelling renovated over the years by different generations of the owner's family, this small Holiday cottage comprises on the ground floor : - a small kitchen with sink, gas hob, mini-oven, microwave and washing machine - a small living room with dining area and relaxation area with TV and working fireplace Upstairs, in the rock, you'll find the shower room with toilet and the two bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and the other with a 140cm bed + baby bed with bars. Pass through the first bedroom to access the shower room and double bedroom. Due to the Unusual configuration of the premises, access to the first floor is via a steep staircase (visible in the photos). A separate WC has been installed in an area adjoining the Holiday cottage. Take advantage of the summer lounge built into the rock, ideal for relaxing in the cool. A pretty walled garden is perfect for summer evenings with family or friends. Just 300 meters from the Holiday cottage, you can enjoy the swimming pool shared with the tenants of the nearby "Le Nid de l'Hirondelle" gypsy caravan and the owners (enclosed garden). Kids under 17 must be accompanied. Piscine 10m x 5m, up to 2.50m deep. The Piscine is open from May to October (unheated) and from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. No towels provided. Outside toilets 50m from the Piscine. Access to the Piscine is €10/day extra (option to be selected when booking). Heating, electricity and wood included.
