Located 45 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Nantes, this renovated former medical center welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. With a surface area of 200m², this large gite for 8 people has 4 bedrooms: - the first with two 90cm single beds that can be brought together to form a large double bed - the second with two bunk beds - the third with a 140cm double bed and direct access to the terrace - the fourth with two 90cm single beds and direct access to the terrace The gîte comprises a bathroom with bath, a shower room and two separate WCs. The kitchen is fully equipped: large hob with 6 gas burners, 2 electric hobs, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with water dispenser, coffee maker, oven, kettle, toaster, etc. Enjoy spacious, light-filled living areas thanks to large bay windows: the dining room for your Gllum is cool meals and the living room with sofas, TV, DVD, table soccer and games table (the fireplace is not functional). For outdoor meals, the terrace is accessible from the living rooms. The road to Beaupréau-en-Mauges passes right by the gîte. You can park several vehicles in the gravel courtyard, or play a game of pétanque. There's also a gym with a weight bench, indoor bike and treadmill, a laundry room with washing machine and a children's playroom (books, games, etc.). Located in the center of Le Pin-en-Mauges, shops and amenities are within easy reach: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, etc. The banks of the Loire are only 15 minutes away! Visit the typical villages along the Loire: Montjean-sur-Loire, Chalonnes-sur-Loire, ... on foot, by bike or in a traditional boat. Starting out from St Florent le Vieil, you can take the Loire Valley wine route, where you'll admire exceptional views and discover the Anjou, Muscadet and Coteaux d'Ancenis appellations, including the famous Malvoisie, on your way to the "Rencontre des Vignerons". The town of Clisson, "Little Italy of the Pays de La Loire" and the Puy du Fou park are just 45 minutes from this vacation rental in Maine et Loire.
