Le Petit Clos

The "Petit Clos" self-catering Holiday cottage is located 3km south of Baugé by road, or on foot or by bike along the "voie verte", 33km from Angers, 20km from La Flèche Zoo (in partnership with the zoo we offer discounts on entrance fees), 28km from Saumur, 47km from Chinon. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy a wide range of activities (golf, horse-riding, festivals (opera or Theater) in season, or discover the local wine production. This vacation home in Maine-et-Loire comprises : Ground floor: living/dining room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, independent kitchen equipped with mini-oven, dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker and kettle, toaster, fruit press, etc., bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, en-suite shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds, relaxation room with games. Possibility of accommodating a 7th person in an extra bed (€20/night). Outside, you'll find a sheltered area with barbecue, a small private garden with garden furniture, access to the park shared with the owners, and a private pond (not secured, fishing possible). Piscine shared with the owners from May to September inclusive, times 10-12h and 15h-18h (5m x 10m, depth 1.5m to 3m). Available on site: table tennis, bicycles. Sleeping bags are not permitted in place of bed linen. For customers who do not bring their own bed linen, a linen rental charge will be applied and linen will be made available for hygiene reasons. Wifi free of charge. Free pet allowed (if clean, quiet and with owner's approval). Baby equipment available on request (cot or Umbrella bed + high chair or deckchair). Electricity, heating, water, gas and wood included.
