The first floor features a 24m² living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge around a wood-burning stove. A glass roof forms the transition between the house and the garden. A bright, comfortable space turned towards nature. The small 100m² garden features a wealth of plantings, fruit trees and shrubs. Also provided: barbecue, garden furniture, 2-seater Nordic bath, shed with 2 bicycles for visiting the surrounding area without taking the car. In an adjoining building, the former wine storehouse has been converted into a tasting room for local wines (classified as a Vineyard and Discovery site).
