Close to the D748 departmental road that joins Martigné-Briand and Montilliers, this gîte is ideally located for exploring the treasures of our region. Angers, its castle, museums, banks of the Maine river and Terra Botanica plant park are just 30 minutes away. Saumur, its château, the banks of the Loire and its famous "cadre noir", 30 minutes away. For wine lovers, many winegrowers open their doors to let you discover the Layon terroir (in moderation, of course). On the first floor, this gîte in Lys Haut Layon opens onto a spacious and pleasant living area, including an open-plan fitted kitchen and a living room, with comfortable dining and sitting areas. A wood-burning stove promises cocooning evenings reading by the fire. Just before the staircase leading upstairs, a foosball table with a view of the old mill will delight young and old alike. Separate WC on first floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms are available: the first with a 140 cm X 190 cm bed, and the second with a 140 cm X 190 cm bed and a 90 cm X 190 cm bed. A renovated bathroom with shower and separate WC complete the first floor. Outside, the fully enclosed grounds are perfect for spending pleasant moments with family and friends! Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, sandpit, swings (2-13 years), petanque pitch... A great way to spend a sunny day!
