Located between Cholet and Doué La Fontaine, come and stay at La Gaucherie Aux Dames, in Montilliers. Comfortable Holiday cottage with magnificent, unobstructed views over the Countryside: a calm, soothing environment surrounded by nature. The site is built on the ruins of a castle and convent, now a farm and tourist accommodation. The stone building has a special charm thanks to its large open fireplace and beautiful wooden beams. Inside, you'll find a 30m² living room with dining area for 6 to 8 people, lounge with sofa, armchairs and TV. In the adjoining kitchen, you'll never tire of admiring the view during breakfast or while cooking! Also on the ground floor is a master suite with 140x190cm bed, shower room and toilet. A second shower room with toilet is located on the first floor. Upstairs, a small mezzanine leads to the 9m² bedroom (17m² floor area). It features 1 x 160x200cm bed and 1 x 90x190cm bed. On the other side of the mezzanine, a small room (8m² on the floor) is ideal for Kids, with 2 beds 90x190cm. Outside, enjoy a private garden of approx. 250m² with covered area, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and swing. From the garden, you'll have a view of the small pond and the fields. You may come across horses, sheep and cows on the property... Hiking, mountain-biking and horse-riding trails nearby. Nearby: Doué la Fontaine Biopark 20 minutes away, Saumur 40 minutes, Angers 45 minutes, Puy du Fou 50 minutes. Also worth a visit: Camifolia in Chemillé, the Parc Oriental in Maulévrier, the Musée des Métiers in Sevremoine, the vineyards of Anjou-Saumur and the Layon valley. The Holiday cottage is located in a complex with the owners' house, 4 tourist accommodations in all and the farm (sheep, flower seed and strawberry cultivation). Gather up to 12 people on site!
