Looking for peace and quiet? Le Logis de la Roche Holiday cottage is the place for you! Located in the commune of Yzernay, you'll be welcomed in this charming house entirely renovated in 2017. Just a few minutes from the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier (Europe's largest Japanese garden!) and 30 minutes from the Puy du Fou, your holiday programme will be well catered for! Friendly horse riders, the owners will be delighted to welcome you: rides / Hiking from the Holiday cottage, possibility of meadow for your horses, hay, water point... The Holiday cottage opens onto a 46m² living room with everything you need: fully-equipped kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle...), dining area and cosy sitting area with TV. Two bedrooms are available: one with a 140cm X 190cm bed and the second 10m² with a 140cm X 190cm bed and two 90cm X 190cm Bunk beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. From the living room, access to a mezzanine with board games and books for Kids, as well as a BZ sofa. The outdoors is a delight for young and old alike! On the side of the Holiday cottage, a terrace is available with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Access to a large garden with soccer pitch, Kids' Cabin, deckchairs, acapulco chairs, vegetable garden... This area is reserved for you, although the owners have access for maintenance. In the shared courtyard: basketball hoop and ping-pong table. Shops (Super U, bakeries, butchers, bars and restaurants) 3km away in Maulévrier. Cholet is 12 mn away (shopping area with factory outlets, L'Autre Usine multi-sports complex), Angers 1h and the Atlantic coast 1h40. Wifi Internet connection, central heating by a pellet stove in the living room, parking for two cars. Washing machine to be installed in early July. End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels optional.
