Set in the heart of the Vineyard on the hillsides of Layon, Logis de la Brunetière is a historic residence built in 1489 and completely renovated in 2011, combining the charm of the past with contemporary comfort. Set in quiet, leafy surroundings, this vast Holiday cottage is ideal for large families or gatherings of friends. Outside, the spaces have been designed to take full advantage of the natural surroundings. A large terrace under a pergola is ideal for convivial meals, while the wooded grounds offer numerous relaxation areas throughout the property. Leisure facilities include a pétanque court, ping-pong table, trampoline, volleyball and badminton net, barbecue and several garden furniture sets scattered around the garden. 205 m² in size, the house offers spacious accommodation suitable for groups. On the first floor, a vast, fully-equipped kitchen can accommodate up to fourteen guests around a large table. The living room, with its cozy fireplace, offers comfortable seating for sharing. A bedroom with 140 cm bed is also located on this level, accompanied by a shower room with shower and WC, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises several bedrooms of varying configurations. Bedroom n°2 has a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Bedroom 3 has a 140 cm bed. Bedroom 4 has two 140 cm beds and a 90 cm bed. Bedroom 5 is equipped with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds, and has its own private bathroom with shower and vanity unit. A separate bathroom with bath, shower and double basin completes the first floor. The landing also features a relaxation area with a library, offering a quiet and pleasant corner. From the Holiday cottage, it's easy to discover the wine-growing landscapes of the Layon hillsides, and to quickly reach the major sites of the Loire Valley, such as the Château de Brissac or the banks of the Loire, ideal for walks and heritage discoveries. The Logis de la Brunetière 1, a neighboring Holiday cottage that can accommodate 6 people, can also be used for larger stays by grouping several accommodations on the same site.
