This 70 m² single-storey gîte offers a 32 m² living area with a 140 cm x 190 cm sofa-bed, a TV and a dining area. An ornamental fireplace adds a warm atmosphere to your evenings. This room also features a 120 cm x 190 cm bed. From the living room, you can access the bedroom with a 140 cm X 190 cm bed and a 90 cm X 190 cm single bed. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (gas and induction hob, oven, microwave, electric mixer, chopper, dishwasher, etc.) and a bathroom with shower, grab bar and double washbasin. Separate WC. On sunny days, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. A stone barbecue will punctuate your summer meals. The garden is shared with the owners. For your convenience, a wifi internet connection is available. High chair, cot and bathtub available on request. The telephone network is not accessible from the accommodation.
