In the wing of a 16th-century manor house, all-inclusive, comfortable accommodation for 2 with Piscine in Montreuil Bellay. In the heart of the village, close to the château, the manor house and its tuffeau turret will remind you of the typical architecture of the Loire castles... Located on the City's main thoroughfare, it's within easy walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The 45m² duplex Holiday cottage features an 18m² living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with armchairs and TV. From the kitchen, you have access to a small terrace with private garden furniture overlooking the manor's garden and courtyard. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, an 18m² bedroom with king-size bed 180x200cm (possibility of presenting the 2 beds separately). One window overlooks the street, the other the courtyard. The mezzanine also leads to an office area, a bathroom with vanity unit and bathtub, and a separate toilet. The Piscine is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from May to the end of September. (Dimensions: 9x5m - secured by a barrier with gate - unheated pool). The large courtyard, garden and Piscine are shared with the tenants of the other 2 Holiday cottages. The City of Saumur is a 20-minute drive away, with its castle, historic center and Le Cadre Noir. Angers and Cholet are 1 hour away, and Le Puy du Fou 1 hour 10 minutes.
