You'll be 35 minutes from Angers and Saumur, and 20 minutes from the Loire and La Flèche Zoo. [THE GITE] Completely renovated, the Holiday cottage is bright, comfortable and peaceful. It offers 67m² on two levels. First floor: 33m² living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto dining area and living room (wood-burning stove provided). The large glass roof allows you to enjoy the view over the woods. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (160 x 200cm), bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm) and extra bed, toilet, shower room. Outside: the spacious awning lets you enjoy the fresh air even in rainy or hot weather. North-facing terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha. The lawn is currently being finished. The Holiday cottage is surrounded by a private wood with footpaths starting from the cottage. The setting is peaceful: you can enjoy the sound of birdsong in complete privacy.
